Thank you for shopping with LumiusGlow! We want your order to reach you safely and as quickly as possible. Here’s what to expect.

Processing Time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day. You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a shipping email with tracking details once it’s on its way.

Delivery Time
Once dispatched, most orders arrive within 7-12 business days, depending on your location. These are estimates, not guarantees. Customs processing, carrier delays, holidays, and weather can occasionally add extra time.

Where We Ship
We ship to most countries worldwide. If we can’t deliver to your location, you’ll see this at checkout.

Order Tracking
Every order includes a tracking number sent by email. Please allow 2-5 days after dispatch for tracking to show updates, as carriers sometimes take a little while to scan new packages. If your tracking hasn’t moved after that, contact us and we’ll look into it.

Multiple-Item Orders
If you order more than one item, your products may ship separately and arrive on different days. You won’t be charged extra shipping for this.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by your country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in your order total or controlled by us.

Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can update an address before your order is dispatched, so contact us as soon as possible. We aren’t responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Orders
If your package hasn’t arrived within 15 business days of dispatch, arrives damaged, or appears lost, email us at [your email] with your order number (and photos if damaged), and we’ll work with you to resolve it quickly.
